You can make a reservation through our online reservation system, or you can contact our call centers. Our reservation system will guide you through the process and show you available rooms for your desired dates.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Our check-in time is at 2:00 PM and check-out time is at 12:00 PM. If you require early check-in or late check-out, please contact our reception team and we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability. Additional charges may apply.

Yes, there is a minimum age requirement for booking a room, which guests must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation
Where can I park my car or scooter?
We provide a parking spot for both guests and visitors, with designated areas that our staff will assist you in locating.

Can I pay with foreign currency?
No, we only accept IDR.

What is the cancellation policy?
• A non-refundable deposit equal to the cost of the first night’s stay will be charged at the time of booking, and the remaining balance can be settled upon your arrival.
• If you fail to show up for your reservation, the full cost of the booking will be charged.
